In any case, we will always contact the customer to find a solution. <\/p>\n<p>In the event of requesting the transport agency to postpone the delivery date of the order, an additional storage cost of \u20ac15 per day and package may be generated, which must be assumed by the customer.<\/p><p>Should access to the delivery location present conditions that hinder or limit the usual circulation of delivery vehicles, such as unpaved roads, difficult-to-pass routes, or any other circumstance preventing delivery under normal conditions, any additional costs arising from such a situation will be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To mainland Spain: \u20ac9.95 (VAT incl.) for orders under \u20ac200 (VAT incl.).<\/li>\n<li>To the Balearic Islands: \u20ac75.00 (VAT incl.); and to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: \u20ac120.00 (VAT incl.), regardless of the order amount.<\/li>\n<li>To Portugal: \u20ac75.00 (VAT incl.).<\/li>\n<li>Sample shipments:\n<ul>\n<li>To all of mainland Spain: The first will cost \u20ac8.20 + VAT.<\/li>\n<li>To Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands: Cost of \u20ac15.00<\/li>\n<li>To Portugal: cost of \u20ac15.00.<\/li>\n<li>We do not ship to the Canary Islands.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the event that the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, incomplete, or contains errors that prevent the delivery of the order, any costs arising from the modification of the address, re-routing, return, or re-shipment shall be borne by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Transportation is up to street level.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>INCIDENTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer has a period of two days to report any disagreement with the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that the goods arrive in poor condition, the consumer must sign the carrier&#8217;s delivery note indicating the problem found and notify Jard\u00edn Artificial within a maximum period of 24 hours. The company is not responsible for any claim in which the description of the breakage or defect of the material is not stated on the delivery note. <\/p>\n<p>The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, with return shipping costs (\u20ac60.00 + VAT) borne by the consumer.
