ANTI-FRAUD CHECK<\/p>

A customer’s purchase may be postponed for an anti-fraud check. It may also be suspended for a longer period for a more rigorous investigation to prevent fraudulent transactions. <\/p>

PRIVACY<\/p>

The user accepts that all their personal data shall be fully transferred to SEQURA from the moment the user initiates the contracting of the deferred payment service offered by the latter at the time of choosing the payment method. This acceptance extends to third-party entities that may need to access the files for the successful completion of the contract. <\/em><\/p>

PRODUCTS<\/p>

Artificial grass models and accessories may vary in texture, composition, color, dimensions, and shape if they come from different batches or seasons.<\/p>

SHIPPING<\/p>

The delivery time for orders is between 5 to 7 business days within the mainland. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Portugal takes 5 to 10 business days. This period may be extended due to causes beyond the control of Jard\u00edn Artificial. In any case, we will always contact the customer to find a solution. <\/p>

In the event of requesting the transport agency to postpone the delivery date of the order, an additional storage cost of \u20ac15 per day and package may be generated, which must be assumed by the customer.<\/p>

Shipping costs for orders to the mainland are \u20ac9.95 (VAT incl.) for orders under \u20ac200 (VAT incl.). The price for all the Balearic Islands is \u20ac75 (VAT incl.), while for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla it is \u20ac120 (VAT incl.), regardless of the order amount. <\/span>Shipments to Portugal have a fixed price of \u20ac75 (VAT incl.). Delivery is to street level. <\/p>

For sample shipments, the first one will have a cost of \u20ac8.20 + VAT to all of mainland Spain. For shipments to Ceuta, Melilla, and the Balearic Islands, a cost of \u20ac15 applies. We do not ship to the Canary Islands. Shipments to Portugal have a cost of \u20ac15. <\/p>

INCIDENTS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS<\/p>

The consumer and user must report any lack of conformity within two days of becoming aware of it.
In the event that the goods arrive in poor condition, it is mandatory for the consumer to sign the carrier’s delivery note indicating the problem found and notify Jard\u00edn Artificial within a maximum of 24 hours. We cannot accept claims where the breakage or damage to the material is not recorded on the delivery note. <\/p>

The consumer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. The consumer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (\u20ac60 + VAT); furthermore, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition, otherwise the product could suffer a devaluation. <\/p>

It will not be possible to claim incidents resulting from transport or product returns if the product has been handled or installed.<\/p>

Requests for merchandise returns and the communication of incidents resulting from transport or of any other nature must be made by sending an email to incidencias@jardinartificial.es<\/a>, indicating the order number and type of incident in the subject line.<\/p>

Orders placed with the addition of cutting and handling will not be eligible for returns.<\/p>

Once the merchandise has been received and verified as defective or incorrect, we will proceed with a refund or replacement of the defective item or items.<\/p>
